My name is Quinton B. Allen, and I'm a proud co-owner of Exquisite Remodeling and Maintenance Service, LLC (ERAM), a Black-owned business built on a dream of providing exceptional service, quality workmanship, and genuine care for every client we serve.

Born in Atlanta, Georgia, my journey in this industry started at a young age while working alongside my stepfather, who owned his own business. I started out doing the small things, like picking up debris and helping clean job sites. At the time, I didn't realize those early experiences were teaching me the value of hard work, responsibility, and taking pride in what you do. Looking back, that's where my passion for this industry began.

With over 10 years of experience in remodeling, maintenance, apartment turnovers and property improvements, I've developed a true passion for my craft. From drywall repairs and painting to carpentry and customer service, I take pride in paying attention to the smallest details. I believe the quality of your work speaks for itself, and every job deserves to be done right the first time.

For me, this business is about more than completing a project. It's about building trust, treating people with respect, and leaving every client with a smile on their face. I want our customers to feel confident knowing their property is in good hands and that we genuinely care about the results we deliver.

My vision for ERAM goes beyond where we are today. I want to grow this company into something that creates opportunities for others, helps people develop their skills, and encourages them to push beyond what they thought was possible. Just as my stepfather gave me an opportunity to learn at a young age, I hope to one day open those same doors for someone else.

I truly believe this is what I was meant to do: serve my community, take pride in my work, and build something meaningful that will last for generations.

At ERAM, it's more than just remodeling and maintenance. It's about pride, purpose, and doing right by the people who trust us.

Your Property. Our Priority.
